    List of Ingredients




    2 cups pumpkin
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs
    1 box Yellow Cake Mix
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine, melted & cooled slightly

    Recipe



    Mix together pumpkin, milk, sugar, cinnamon and eggs. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with Pam, then pour above mixture into dish.

    Sprinkle dry cake mix over mixture. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix and pat down with your hand. (Removes the air bubbles that can keep it from cooking evenly.)

    Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
