4 cp. (1 L.) of strawberries
2 tbsp. (30 mL.) of sugar
1/2 cp. (125 mL.) of whipping cream
1 cp. (250 mL.) ice cream
3 tbsp. (45 mL.) orange liqueur
Recipe
Hull strawberries and cut them in half. Place in a bowl and toss with sugar, then divide the strawberries equally among 4 dessert dishes. Whip the whipping cream. Whip the ice cream slightly and fold in the whipped cream. Add orange liqueur, if you like. Then top the berries with the cream and serve immediately.
