    3 split skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup sour cream
    3 tbls. "Blue Diamond Country Ranch Almond Toppers"*

    How to Prepare:

    *Almond Toppers (Made for salads) are slivered almonds, roasted and ranch seasoned: 1 g carb per tbls. Adds some crunch! Mix sour cream, cheese, sour cream, mayo and "Almond Toppers." Divide and pack on top of 3 split chicken breasts. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 1/2 hour or until chicken juices run clear.
    Salt/pepper to taste.
