    Bacon-Wrapped Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    · 6 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
    · 1 (8 oz.) package whipped cream cheese w/onion & chives
    · 6 teaspoons butter
    · 6 slices bacon
    · salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe

    Flatten chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons cream cheese over each. Place 1 teaspoon butter over each. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; roll up. Wrap each with a slice of bacon. Place, seam side down, in a 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

    Serves 6
