List of Ingredients
4 Lbs Shrimp-large -- Peeled And Deveined
1 Stick Butter
1/2 C Olive Oil
1/3 C Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce...can use Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Lemon -- Thinly Sliced
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Minced Parsley
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Oregano
1 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Tabasco Sauce
Salt And Pepper
Recipe
Place shrimp in a large shallow pan. Combine all the ingredients above in a saucepan over low heat. Let simmer for 10 minutes, then pour over shrimp. mix well and refrigerate for 3 hours to blend. Basting every 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake shrimp for 20 mins,
(depending on size) turning at least every 5 mins.

NOTES : This is good served in a soup bowl with chunks of French Bread to sop up the sauce.
