4 salmon steaks, 1" thick
Vegetable Oil with added chili flakes
lemon wedges for garnish
Recipe
Rinse salmon steaks and pat dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of steaks with oil mixture.
Place on well-greased grate. Cook 4-5 minutes each side or until it flakes easily. Immediately squeeze with some lemon juice and serve with lemon wedges.
