Butter Herb Baked Fish

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp each – basil, oregano and salt
2/3 cup crushed saltines (about 14 saltines, rolled between waxed paper)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 lb sole, perch or flounder fillets
Recipe
In a 13x9 baking pan melt butter in preheated oven. In 9" pie pan, combine dry ingredients. Dip fillets in butter and then in dry ingredients.
Arrange fish in baking pan. Bake near center of 350F. oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till tender. Serve immediately.
Put a little extra parmesan cheese on top and finish under the broiler. 4 servings.
