Squeeze juice from half of each fruit. In a small pan melt the butter and add the rind, juice, parsley and seasoning. Brush the fish with the citrus mixture. Wait 15 minutes. Grill on a well oiled grill for 3-4 minutes. Turn and grill 2-3 minutes, depending on thickness, continually brushing with the citrus mixture. Serves 4.
