    List of Ingredients




    6 oz. lump crab meat
    bread crumbs as needed
    1 - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
    3 - 4 tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 cup minced celery
    1 egg
    seasonings to taste:
    >> salt
    >> fresh ground pepper
    >> white pepper
    >> onion powder
    >> garlic powder
    >> beef bouillon granules
    >> dried parsley flakes
    >> ground nutmeg
    >> brown spicy mustard

    Oil as needed for frying.

    Combine ingredients and mix well; form into six patties about 1/2" thick. Coat with more fine bread crumbs and fry in oil until deep golden brown.

    Serve with tartar sauce made of mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion & minced garlic dill pickles.
