    Crusted Mustard Salmon

    Cut pockets in salmon steaks and slather inside and out with mustard. Go for it, mustard is cheap! Stuff the pockets with fresh chopped chives (lots of them) and dredge the steaks in a mixture of 1/2 black and 1/2 white sesame seeds. Grill or broil to the desired doneness. I recommend using a fish basket if you grill, so it won't fall through the grate, or use a grill pan on the stove.
