Fish with Italian sauce

List of Ingredients
White fish cutlets
2 T lemon juice
6 shallots finely chopped
1 clove garlic crushed
1 can tomatoes
some botton mushrooms sliced
1/2 a cup beef broth
2 t basil
1/2 t oregano
fresh black pepper
some parmesan cheese to taste
Recipe
Brush the fish with the lemon juice. Place on a preheated grill and cook 4-5 mins on each side. Remove and keep warm. Place shallots, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms, broth and seasonings to taste in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 8 minutes or so. Place fish on plates and spoon sauce over. Top with cheese.
