    2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic -- From Jar
    1 Lb Large Shrimp -- Peeled And Deveined
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    3 Tbsp Tomatoes -- Pureed
    1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Fresh Basil
    Dash Salt And Pepper
    Dash Cayenne

    Recipe



    Leave the tails on the shrimp. In a large bowl, stir together garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, vinegar, basil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Add shrimp and toss. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Place on skewers and grill until shrimp is pink. Brush with marinade while cooking.
