2 tbsp oil
1 onion
4 tbsp tomato puree
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tbsp chili powder
8 oz prawns
pepper and salt
1 tbsp parsley

Fry onion and garlic in oil.
In a bowl mix puree, chili powder, pepper, lemon juice, 2 tbsp water and pour into pan. Cook about 1 minute or so. Add prawns, cook another 2 minutes or so.
