    Crab Meat Salad from Ginger

    List of Ingredients

    1 Lb Imitation Crabmeat, From Seafood Deli
    3/4 C Homemade Ranch Salad Dressing -- Or More To Taste
    1/2 C Thinly Sliced Celery
    3 Tbsp Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    2 Chopped Green Onion With Tops
    1 Hard Boiled Egg, Chopped -- Optional
    2 Dashes Fresh Ground Black Pepper

    Recipe

    Coarsely shred crabmeat with fingers or fork. Combine in medium bowl with remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Chill at least 4 hours to blend. Be sure and use only homemade ranch with buttermilk dressing mix. This is the key to the taste.

    Serves 4

    NOTES : If you buy the crabmeat in vacumn packed packages instead of the seafood deli you will have a different taste. One that I don't care for, but I use it when there’s no seafood deli to buy from.
