Grilled Tuna

List of Ingredients
4 tuna steak cut 1/2" thick, 1/2 lb each
1 T. minced ginger (can buy in jar in large super markets in the spice Isle, not dried)
1 T. minced fresh garlic
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1/ 2 c. soy sauce
2 T. sesame seed
1/ 2 c. seasoned rice vinegar
fresh ground pepper to taste
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together and marinate fish for 1 hr. SAVE marinate.
Use fish basket if available......baste each side of fish with left over marinate by cooking on grill and turning frequently until done to your liking....about 15 min.
