The easiest and best way to cook salmon is in a frypan with a tight lid to let it steam. Just put a small amount of water or milk and some herbs, like dill or parsley - nuthin too strong, in the bottom of the pan and cook till just tender on a low heat. Salads good with this or a favorite rice dish.
