    Quick & Easy BBQ Salmon

    Season fish with salt and pepper.

    Lightly oil the grates of a grill or a grill pan.

    Grill salmon! About half way through cooking time baste the salmon with your favorite BBQ sauce.

    I like to flip the filet twice after basting so the BBQ sauce becomes caramelized a bit.
