    List of Ingredients




    2 tbsp. melted butter
    2 tbsp. flour
    1 cup milk
    2 well-beaten egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of pepper
    1 (16oz) can salmon, flaked
    2 stiffly beaten egg whites

    Recipe



    Make white sauce of butter, flour & milk. Slowly add small amount of sauce to egg yolks; stir into remaining sauce. Add salt, nutmeg, pepper & salmon. Fold in egg whites.

    Bake in greased casserole in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.

    Serve immediately, garnished with lemon.
