    3 Tbls. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbls. dijon mustard
    3 Tbls. horseradish, drained
    2 Tbls. olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Whisk ingredients together thoroughly and ladle over cooked salmon steaks or fillets.
