    pancetta slices
    olive oil
    fresh sage leaves
    salt & pepper to taste
    lentils

    Recipe



    Sauté scallops and pancetta in olive oil until browned. Add sage leaves and sauté until leaves wilt slightly. Salt & pepper to taste and serve on bed of lentils.
