List of Ingredients
1/2 c butter
1 1/2# raw shrimp, shelled, deveined
1/2 c chopped onions
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms (more if you like)
2 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T flour (or 1 1/2 t corn starch)
1 1/2 t seasoned salt
1 1/2 c sour cream
1 T chopped parsley for garnish
Recipe
Saute shrimp and onion in butter about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir another 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and salt and pepper; then add sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
Note: Can be made the day before, but do not add sour cream until ready to serve. Cook over low heat. Do not boil.
