    Shrimp in Lime-Butter Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound large shrimp
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon butter, cut up
    1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Peel and clean shrimp. In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and add shrimp. Cook until just opaque in the center, 3-4 minutes each side. Transfer shrimp to a plate. Add the garlic and broth to the skillet and cook until the broth is reduced by one-half, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in lemon juice and cook 30 seconds. Add shrimp and butter; stir to combine. Add cilantro and cook to heat through. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle sauce over shrimp to serve. Four servings.
