Tom's Friday Treat (Tuna & Macaroni Casserole)

List of Ingredients
3/4 cup sliced black olives
2 cups macaroni, cooked
4 ounces sliced sautéed mushrooms
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup cashew pieces
12 ounces tuna, well drained
1 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Recipe
Combine olives, macaroni, mushrooms, green pepper, cashews & tuna. Add sour cream & oregano and mix well. Turn into a 1½ quart casserole & top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Serves 4.
