Recipe Introduction
Our family traditionally has cheese fondue for Christmas Eve dinner - not exactly nutritionally balanced, but tradition is tradition!
List of Ingredients
1/2 C milk
1 C mayo
1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/4 C. white wine
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese - sharp is best!
1 loaf french bread
Recipe
Mix together milk, worchestershire sauce, mustard, white pepper and mayo in fondue pot over low heat. Add wine. Add cheddar, gradually. Stir until melted.
Serve with bite sized pieces of french bread.
