    Green Goddess Dip for Beef Fondue

    List of Ingredients

    6 - 8 ounces cream cheese
    2 tbsp. milk
    1/2 cup finely chopped cucumber
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin


    Recipe

    Blend cream cheese with milk until smooth; add remaining ingredients and chill, allowing time for flavors to marry before serving.

    For the fondue:
    Cut sirloin steaks into about ¾ to 1" cubes.

    Fill fondue pot no more than half full of oil; heat it to cooking temperature and, being sure to spear the cubes well onto the forks so they won't fall in & incinerate, cook a few seconds in the oil. Allow to cool a few seconds before eating, so you don't burn your mouth.
