Taco Fondue

Recipe Introduction
The ingredient amounts depend on what size fondue pot you have, so I will post them both.

2 quart proportions:
(2) 15oz. cans prepared chili (without beans)
(1) 8oz. package cream cheese
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 quart proportions:
(3) 15oz. cans prepared chili (without beans
(2) 8oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
1. in fondue pot, combine chili and cream cheese. Heat at SIMMER setting, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
2. Garnish with tomato, green pepper and cheese. Reduce heat to WARM.
3. For serving, use taco chips.
Makes 6-8 servings or use as an appetizer.
