    Avocado Ice Cream

    Adapted from '125 Best Ice Cream Recipes'

    List of Ingredients

    4 very ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

    Recipe

    In a food processor or blender, purée avocados with cream, sugar and lime juice until smooth. Transfer to an ice-cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
