(2) ½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup ground toasted almonds, crushed in the food processor
1/3-cup crème de nofaux (sweet, cherry-almond liqueur)
1 pkg. Coconut cookies, crushed
Recipe
Blend all ingredients. Spoon into parfait or sherbet cups and freeze or just into a container to be scooped later. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Delicious!
