    1/2 gallon coffee ice cream softened
    1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream softened
    2 dozen coconut macaroons
    6 toffee bars, cracked
    hot fudge sauce

    Recipe



    In the bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan, crumble 3 macaroons to form a thin layer. Add one-fourth of the coffee ice cream. Crumble 3 more macaroons and press into layer. Add one-fourth of the chocolate ice cream. Sprinkle on one-fourth of the toffee bars. Repeat all steps to form three more layers, ending with a toffee topping. Freeze for 3 hours. Serve in wedges.
