    Strawberry Pineapple Sorbet

    3 cups chopped strawberries
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 large banana

    Recipe



    In a food processor or blender, puree strawberries, pineapple juice, banana and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate until completely cold or overnight.

    Stir fruit mixture. Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
