Blueberry Salad

List of Ingredients
2 pkg. (3 oz. ea.) black cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 can (15 oz.) blueberries OR
1 1/2 c. fresh
1 can (8.5 oz) crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts (I use almonds)
Recipe
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Drain blueberries and pineapple, reserve juices. Add enough water to reserved juices to make 1 cup. Add to jello mixture. Stir in fruit, pour into shallow 2 quart dish. Chill until firm.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Spread on firm jello.
Sprinkle with nuts.
