Recipe Introduction
Make this recipe ahead of time and warm it up later. It's excellent served on waffles, crepes, granola, or with your favorite bagel.
List of Ingredients
2 medium peaches, peeled, pits removed, sliced
2 medium plums, pits removed, sliced
2 medium nectarines, peeled, pits removed, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1/3 cup clover honey
1 sprig fresh rosemaryRecipe
Preheat broiler for 10 minutes.
Gently toss together fruit in large bowl. Spoon into broiler-safe 13x9 casserole and drizzle with honey. Broil 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes and adding rosemary during last 5 minutes.
