10 or 15 cooking apples, pare & slice
1 - 1½ cup sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. mace
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 - 2 cups apple juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp. minute tapioca


Recipe

Combine ingredients and cook on high for 3 - 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
