Fire Fruit Salsa

List of Ingredients
4 cups assorted fresh fruit (diced if large),
such as blueberries, cantaloupe, kiwi,
nectarines, pineapple, and strawberries
1 cup cilantro leaves, whole, loosely packed
1 medium jalapeno pepper, halved, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons tequila or ginger ale
1 tablespoon lime juice
Recipe
Gently mix all ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
