Suggested fruits: (and be sure to add your own favorites!) Use any combination or all of them at once, but make it at least 5 or 6 cups of fruit.
> strawberries, hulled & quartered
> Bing cherries, pitted
> seedless grapes - red, green or both
> blueberries
> melon balls - any kind and color
> pineapple tidbits or chunks (either fresh or canned)
> kiwi fruit - peeled & sliced
> bananas, sliced & added just before serving
> nutmeats if desired - pecans, walnuts, etc.
Sauce:
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
Recipe
Combine sauce ingredients and pour over fruit mixture; chill at least two hours before serving. Serve in parfait glasses or small brandy snifters for a nice presentation.
