Fruit Nut Pasta Salad

List of Ingredients
8 oz. macaroni shells
10 crisp large apples
2 c. green seedless grapes
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 medium avocado, pared and chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt
Recipe
Cook macaroni shells. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain. Place in large bowl. Toss with fruit. Set aside. In blender combine avocado, cream, milk and brown sugar. Stir into pasta and fruit mixture. Cover and chill 2 hours. Serves 10
