Very good. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or over ice cream. Can use any orange liqueur.

4 nectarines
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup Grand Marnier

Cut nectarines in medium thick wedge-like slices, cutting inward toward the pits. Melt butter in large frying pan. Add nectarine slices and saut� over medium heat, turning occasionally (2 minutes � or, if hard, 2 minutes each side) or until light golden. Sprinkle sugar and continue to saut� over high heat until sugar caramelizes lightly. Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup Grand Marnier. Turn nectarine slices over so they are coated with Grand Marnier mixture. Makes 4 fruit servings.
