1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. minced onions
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup cider vinegar
12 oz. can mexicorn
Recipe
In small sauce pan, combine sugar, onion, seasonings and vinegar; bring to a boil. Stir in corn and simmer 10 minutes. Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate 8 to 10 hours.
