6 cups grated zucchini
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. Sure-Jell
3½ cups sugar
13 oz. crushed pineapple
6 oz. pkg. apricot jello
Recipe
Heat zucchini and water slowly in large kettle and cook until soft. Add Sure-Jell and bring to a hard boil. Add sugar and pineapple; bring back to boiling and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat; add Jello & stir until well mixed. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal.
