    Baked Tuscan-Style Chicken

    List of Ingredients

    1 Chicken, cut-up (about 3 pounds)
    ¼ cup Olive oil
    3 teaspoons Garlic, minced
    1 Tablespoon Onion, minced
    2 teaspoons Rosemary
    1 cup White wine
    1 cup Chicken broth

    Recipe

    Heat the oil in a skillet. Brown the chicken pieces on both sides. Transfer to a baking dish (that has a lid). Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over the chicken, cover and bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for 10 minutes longer (or until the chicken is tender and the sauce has slightly thickened). Serve warm with the sauce ladled over the chicken.
