1 low carb tortilla (La Tortilla Factory: 5 g carbs)
2-3 tsp Splenda
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 pats butter

Cut up tortilla into chip size triangles (or whatever shape). I used a little olive oil in a skillet to make them crisp (but still a little soft).
Pat oil off chips with a paper towel...place on a plate and spread butter over the top of them (so it melts...I popped mine in the micro for 10 seconds). Sprinkle Splenda and cinnamon over the top and ENJOY!! Tastes like Elephant Ears from the fair!!
