Trim fat from beef. Partially freeze meat; thinly slice across the grain into strips about 3 inches long. Place beef strips into a plastic bag set into a deep bowl.
For marinade, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl, pour over meat, seal bag and turn to coat the meat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Remove meat from bag, reserving marinade. On 4 long skewers, loosly thread meat strips accordian style.
Place skewers on the unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat about 5 minutes or to desired doneness, turning and brushing meat once with reserved marinade.
For serving, heat any remaining marinade to boiling. Brush meat with marinade; pass remaining marinade.
