List of Ingredients
1 32 oz. carton drained plain yogurt (to drain, place yogurt in a strainer over a bowl in the refrigerator overnight. Discard liquid.)
2 8 oz. pkgs. fat-free cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 egg whites
2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
Beat all ingredients together with a mixer. Spray a 9" springform pan with Pam, and pour batter in. Bake at 300° for one hour, 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave in another hour. Chill in refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving. 12 servings.
*NOTES* You can use a 9" round cake pan if you don't have a springform pan. Also, I always put a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven while I bake cheesecakes, to prevent cracking.
