    Serves 8, 1 WW point each serving

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans
    3 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp margarine, melted
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

    Cook green beans in saucepan, covered in small amount of water until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well.

    Meanwhile, stir together lemon juice and melted margarine in a small bowl. Toast almonds in a small skillet (actually I use my toaster oven) - watch carefully, they can burn fast!

    Pour lemon mixture over green beans, and gently stir in almonds. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
