    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup orange juice
    2 Tables. reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 Tables. honey
    2 teas. lemon-pepper seasoning
    1 teas. ground ginger
    1/4 teas. garlic powder
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 whole wheat hamburger buns
    lettuce leaves
    tomato slices

    Recipe



    In a bowl combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, lemon-pepper seasoning, ginger and garlic powder. Set aside.

    Pound out chicken breast until even in thickness, do same for all pieces. Place chicken in marinade and cover. Chill 4-6 hours or over night.

    Grill chicken or broil chicken brush with leftover marinade before turning chicken.

    Serve grilled chicken on toasted buns with lettuce and tomato.

    Serves 4
