Lemony Rice Pilaf

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups water
4 green onions, sliced
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
1/2 tsp lemon peel, shredded
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup rice
1/2 cup coarsely shopped water chestnuts
1 cup frozen green beansRecipe
Combine water, green onion, chicken bouillon granules, lemon peel, garlic and salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and water chestnuts and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until tender and water is absorbed. Stir in green beans during last 10 minutes of cooking.
