4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c fat-free chicken broth
Recipe
Blend together all the ingredients except the oil. Pour in the oil slowly,whisking constantly (or blend in the blender).
