Weight Watchers 1 Point Chili

List of Ingredients
1 onion finely chopped
1 Tablespoon minced garlic (I used garlic powder)
1 bag soy protein crumbles
2 cans stewed tomatoes (or used canned diced tomatoes)
1 can kidney beans
1 can chili beans
1 12 oz. can Bush's best beans (bold and spicy)
1 can water
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon parsley
1 Tablespoon sugar (I used Splenda)
Recipe
Throw all ingredients into a crockpot and simmer all day.
