1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
1½ tsp. minced garlic

Combine ingredients in a pint jar with a tight cap & shake vigorously. Pour over poultry or fish in a ziplock bag - marinate at least two hours. Unused marinade will keep in the fridge for a month - discard any that was used on the meat.
