8 oz. green beans in julienne strips
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick Baking Mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Cook beans in salted water until tender, if using fresh beans. Prepare accordingly for canned or frozen. Drain beans and mix with mushrooms, onion, garlic and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400° until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
